Steel Frames

All metal frames are protected with a clear, matt metal sealant.

They can be cleaned with a dry cloth with furniture polish.

Woodwork

Woodwork is generally finished with two coats of Osmo Polyx-Oil. This is a hardwax-oil which is durable, hardwearing and resistant to dirt, abrasion and common liquid spillages (such as water, juice, tea, cola, beer, wine).

Wood should be cleaned using either plain water and a cloth or a specific wood cleaner. Osmo make a specific spray cleaner.

Don't use all-purpose cleaning products as these often contain bleach, chlorine or ammonia which can damage the surface finish. Powder abrasive cleaning products should also not be used.
